Equipment Overview
The TYLG Series Can Carbonated Drink Filling Machine combines counter-pressure filling and automatic seaming in one enclosed rotary system. Pressure-controlled filling limits foaming and CO₂ loss, while coordinated lid placement and double seaming protect seal integrity.
Designed for carbonated soft drinks, sparkling water, energy drinks and beer, the series offers three configurations from 30 to 400 cans/min. It supports two-piece aluminum and three-piece tinplate cans and can be integrated with can depalletizing and rinsing, beverage preparation and carbonation, can warming and drying, coding and packing systems.
Final filling pressure, valve timing, seaming tooling and utilities are confirmed against the beverage, CO₂ volume, can body, lid and required output.

Integrated Fill & Seam
Fill · SeamCounter-pressure filling, lid placement and double seaming operate as one coordinated system.
CO₂ Retention & Foam Control
Cold & Stable FillingPressure-balanced filling and controlled venting limit product breakout and carbonation loss.
Reliable Double Seaming
Two- & Three-Piece CansMatched chucks and rollers support consistent seams for approved can bodies and ends.
Scalable TYLG Series
30–400 cans/minThree standard configurations cover different output targets with one operating concept.
Working Principle
- Empty cans arrive from the depalletizer and can rinsing system through a controlled conveyor.
- Each can is centered and pressurized to match the product tank before filling.
- Chilled carbonated beverage enters through counter-pressure valves with controlled venting to limit foam and CO₂ loss.
- Easy-open ends are fed, positioned and double-seamed with matched tooling.
- Sealed cans discharge to warming, drying, coding, labeling and secondary packing.
The Siemens PLC and HMI coordinate product pressure, filling, lid feeding, seaming and line-speed interlocks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about selection, integration and project planning.
What products can this can carbonated drink filling machine handle?+
It is designed for carbonated soft drinks, sparkling water, energy drinks and beer in metal cans. Beverage temperature, CO₂ volume, can body and lid are reviewed before the final configuration is confirmed.
Why is counter-pressure filling used for carbonated drinks?+
The can is pressurized before filling so the pressure remains close to the product tank pressure. This limits foaming and CO₂ loss while supporting a stable fill level.
Can one machine handle different can sizes?+
Yes. The supplied series covers can diameters from 39 to 160 mm and heights from 39 to 160 mm, subject to the selected model. Change parts and seaming tooling are matched to approved can and end samples.
How is double-seam quality confirmed?+
The can body, easy-open end, chuck and seaming rollers must be matched. Seam width, thickness, overlap and tightness are checked during setup and factory testing with the approved packaging materials.
Can the machine connect with an existing canning line?+
Yes. Can infeed, product pressure and temperature, CO₂ supply, conveyors, warmer, dryer, operating speed and control signals are engineered after the existing line is reviewed.
