Carbonated Beverages Turnkey Solution
Turnkey Carbonated Beverage Production Lines
Plan your carbonated beverage line around the drink recipe, CO₂ level, container and required output. 777Pack coordinates equipment manufacturing and line integration in China, with installation and technical support for projects in Indonesia.

Carbonated beverage filling application. The filler and container are selected for the agreed product conditions.
Plan before selecting machines
Four decisions shape your carbonated beverages line
Start with the product and sales format, then define the complete production scope.
What will you produce?
Sparkling water and flavored soft drinks have different preparation requirements. Define the recipe, carbonation target and product supply conditions first.
Which container will you use?
PET, glass and cans require different container preparation, filling and closure equipment. Confirm sizes and packaging drawings before selecting the line.
How will the filling process be selected?
Filling temperature, pressure and container suitability must be considered together. Define these conditions for each beverage and format.
What happens after filling?
Check whether cold containers need warming before labeling or packing. The decision depends on filling conditions and the factory environment.
Production flow
Representative PET Carbonated Beverage Line
Beverage preparation and PET bottle blowing run in parallel before filling. Glass and can routes use different container preparation and closing systems.
Water Treatment
Prepare ingredient water to the product specification.
Product Prep
Mix and carbonate according to the agreed recipe.
Bottle Blowing
Produce PET bottles from matched preforms.
Filling
Rinse, fill and close the selected PET bottle.
Warming
Manage condensation after cold filling where required.
If requiredDrying
Remove surface water before downstream operations.
Coding
Apply production and batch information.
Labeling
Match label application to the bottle and artwork.
Packing
Group containers in film or carton packs.
Palletizing
Build the agreed pallet loads.
Equipment and process stages are selected for the agreed product, container and output. Optional treatment, inspection, cleaning and material-handling requirements are confirmed during project review.
Explore equipment by function
Connect the equipment around your project
Review the relevant equipment categories. The final configuration defines the selected machines, interfaces and format requirements.
Product Preparation
Review formulation, supply and preparation interfaces.

PET Carbonated Filling · DXGF
For carbonated drinks in PET, review counter-pressure filling, screw capping and the prepared beverage supply conditions.
Glass Carbonated Filling · BXGX
For glass bottles, compare the bottle-handling route and closure tooling against your approved samples.
Can Filling & Seaming · TYLG
For a can route, review counter-pressure filling, matched can ends and double-seaming tooling. The container preparation and closing systems differ from PET bottling.
Printed Film Wrapping · GN-A800-25
For bottle or can multipacks in printed shrink film, confirm container stability, pack format and discharge to finished-pack handling.
Factory layout & project specification
Turn your requirements into a practical factory plan
Share your building drawing and production requirements. The proposal should connect equipment placement with material flow, working space, utilities and acceptance conditions.
- Output & Formats
Required output for each container size and the format used for line acceptance.
- Product Conditions
Recipe, CO₂ target, filling conditions, cleaning needs and shelf-life strategy.
- Factory & Utilities
Layout, power, water, compressed air, CO₂ supply, cooling requirements and drainage.
- Delivery & Support
Supply scope, factory acceptance, installation, commissioning, training and spare-parts plan.

Layout example for planning discussion. Your arrangement is developed around the confirmed product process, equipment scope and building.
Scope & investment
What affects the cost of your line?
A useful quotation is based on the product process, formats and equipment scope. Confirm the supply boundary, site preparation and delivery responsibilities alongside the equipment price.

Buyer questions
Carbonated Beverages Line FAQ
Can one line run several bottle sizes?
Potentially, but each bottle, neck finish, closure and label must be checked. The proposal should identify required change parts and adjustment procedures.
Does every carbonated beverage line need a bottle warmer?
No. Assess filling temperature and the ambient temperature and humidity before including one.
Can the same filler handle PET bottles and cans?
Do not assume so. PET and can routes have different handling and closing systems; compatibility must be confirmed for the selected equipment.
