Equipment Overview
The CY-XR Series Automatic Rotary OPP Hot Melt Glue Labeling Machine applies wrap-around roll-fed labels to PET, PP and PE round bottles. It handles OPP film, pearl film and paper-plastic composite labels for beverage, water, food and household-product lines.
Continuous rotary transfer, servo control and hot-melt application at the label edges support stable output from 20,000 to 38,000 bottles per hour. Select the model by required speed, bottle dimensions, label specification and available line space.

Line Integration
Line Integration
Equipment role and interfaces for this reference application.
Applies wrap-around roll-fed labels after bottle drying and coding, before secondary packing. Labels are cut, hot-melt glued at the leading and trailing edges, and applied during continuous rotary bottle transfer.
- Bottle Infeed: Stable single-lane conveyor flow with bottle spacing matched to the selected star wheel.
- Label Supply: Approved OPP, pearl-film or paper-plastic composite roll matched to bottle and artwork.
- Line Controls: Speed synchronization and interlocks with upstream coding/drying and downstream packing.
Standard and Optional Configuration
- Rotary Bottle Transfer
Infeed screw, star wheels and bottle-pressure system for continuous bottle handling.
- Roll-Fed Label Module
Label unwinding, cutting, vacuum drum and two-edge hot-melt application.
- Servo & PLC Control
Siemens PLC with Schneider servo control as specified.
- Quick-Change Handling Parts
Tool-free star-wheel and guide change for approved bottle formats.
- 6-Inch Roll-Core Setup
Optional holder configuration for 6-inch label-roll cores.
- Additional Bottle Change Parts
Dedicated star wheels and guides for additional approved bottle formats.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about selection, integration and project planning.
What label materials can this OPP labeling machine use?
It supports roll-fed OPP film, pearl film and paper-plastic composite labels. Final material, thickness, print direction and adhesive are confirmed with approved samples.
What bottle sizes and outputs are available?
The CY-XR Series covers round bottles from 35–95 mm in diameter and 130–310 mm in height. Rated output ranges from 20,000 to 38,000 BPH across CY-XR12, CY-XR18 and CY-XR24.
Where is the machine installed in a PET bottling line?
It is installed at the labeling stage, normally after bottle drying and coding and before secondary packing. Conveyor speed and control signals are synchronized with the complete line.
