Equipment Overview

The RXGF Series PET Bottle Juice Filling Machine is a 3-in-1 juice bottling machine that integrates bottle rinsing, hot filling and screw capping in one enclosed rotary monoblock. Neck handling supports stable PET bottle transfer, while the sanitary product path is designed for heat-treated still beverages.

Designed for juice, tea and functional drinks, this hot filling machine offers eight standard configurations from 3,500 to 28,000 BPH. It can be integrated with beverage preparation systems, bottle blowing, cap treatment, bottle cooling and drying equipment, labeling and packing systems.

Milk-based beverages require separate confirmation of formula, sterilization process, filling temperature and shelf-life target before the machine configuration is selected.

Engineering Highlights

Practical design details that affect operation, changeover, hygiene and maintenance.

01

3-in-1 Hot-Fill Monoblock

Rinse · Hot Fill · Cap

Rinsing, hot filling and screw capping are integrated in one enclosed rotary machine.

02

Heat-Managed Product Path

85–95°C Typical

Sanitary circulation supports controlled hot filling and cleaning of the product-contact circuit.

03

Stable Neck Handling

200–2,000 mL PET

PET bottles are transferred by the neck for stable movement and efficient format changeover.

04

Scalable RXGF Series

3,500–28,000 BPH

Eight standard configurations cover different production targets with one operating concept.

Working Principle

  1. Empty PET bottles enter by neck-handling air conveyor and are transferred to the rinser.
  2. Bottles are inverted and rinsed with hygienic water.
  3. Prepared beverage is hot-filled through sanitary valves under controlled temperature and level.
  4. Caps are sorted, fed and applied with controlled torque.
  5. Sealed bottles discharge to cap sterilization and cooling before labeling and packing.

The Siemens PLC and HMI coordinate product supply, filling temperature, bottle transfer, capping and line-speed interlocks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about selection, integration and project planning.

What products can this PET bottle juice filling machine handle?+

It is designed for still juice, tea and functional beverages in PET bottles. Milk-based beverages require separate confirmation of the recipe, sterilization process, filling temperature and shelf-life target before the valve, tank and hygiene design are finalized.

How is the rated production capacity calculated?+

The listed 3,500–28,000 BPH output follows the supplied model table and a reference PET bottle. Actual speed varies with bottle volume, product viscosity, pulp content, filling temperature, cap and complete-line efficiency.

Can one machine handle different PET bottle sizes?+

Yes. The standard page range is 200–2,000 mL. Suitable change parts can be supplied for approved bottle profiles, volumes, neck finishes and caps.

What filling temperature is required?+

The filling temperature depends on the recipe and microbiological process. Hot-fill projects commonly operate around 85–95°C, subject to product validation and the heat resistance of the bottle and closure.

Can the filler connect with an existing juice bottling line?+

Yes. The infeed height, beverage supply, CIP, cap treatment, bottle cooling, conveyors, operating speed and control signals are engineered after the existing upstream and downstream equipment is reviewed.
