Working Principle
Line Integration
Line Integration
Equipment role and interfaces for this reference application.
After the required product preparation and empty-glass-bottle feeding, the BXGX machine rinses bottles, fills beer or carbonated drinks and applies the approved closure. Sealed bottles proceed to the agreed post-fill treatment, drying, coding, labeling and packing. Select the Beer or Carbonated Drinks example above; the final treatment and line scope follow the product specification.
- Bottle Infeed: Approved glass bottles and neck finish; matched conveyor guides.
- Beer or Carbonated Beverage: Conditioned product supply at the confirmed carbonation, temperature and line flow.
- Caps: Approved bottle-neck and cap samples for matched capping tooling.
- Bottle Discharge: Conveyor connection to the agreed post-fill treatment, drying, coding and labeling.
