Equipment Overview
The CY-030 automatic linear three-sided self-adhesive labeling machine applies labels to one, two or three sides of flat and square bottles. Rated output is 4,800–12,000 bottles per hour; actual speed depends on container geometry and label layout.
Three labeling stations support multi-surface applications. Each labeling head offers eight-direction adjustment for fast alignment. Adjustable drive and pressure-roller contact guides label travel without distortion, while dual pressure rollers and split-clutch tension control keep label feed stable.
Servo-driven labeling, a multi-channel encoder and synchronized top-belt and conveyor control support high-speed positioning. Optional air-driven positioning or roller attachments enable round-bottle labeling. Bottle and label samples should be confirmed before final configuration.

Working Principle
Bottles enter on the conveyor, where guide rails and a synchronized top belt stabilize them. A multi-channel encoder detects the bottle position and triggers the required labeling station or stations.
Servo-driven labeling heads feed the self-adhesive labels, and adjustable pressure rollers apply them to one, two or three selected surfaces. Each head can be adjusted in eight directions to align the label position for the bottle format. Optional air-driven positioning or roller attachments support round bottles.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about selection, integration and project planning.
What containers can the CY-030 label?
The CY-030 is designed for flat and square bottles and can apply labels to one, two or three sides. Round bottles can be handled with an optional air-driven positioning or roller labeling attachment.
What is the rated output of the CY-030?
The rated output is 4,800–12,000 bottles per hour. Actual speed depends on bottle geometry, label size, label layout and the required number of labeled sides.
What label rolls does the machine use?
The standard maximum label width is 195 mm. The label roll uses a 76.2 mm inner diameter and supports up to 380 mm outer diameter. Wider-label requirements need a project-specific configuration.
What samples are needed before final configuration?
Provide representative bottles, label rolls or label drawings, required label positions and the target production speed. These are used to confirm guides, head positions and the final labeling setup.
