Equipment Overview

The W6000 series brings compact CO₂ laser coding and marking machines into beverage packaging lines. A sealed metal RF laser generator and high-precision two-dimensional scanning system create the selected code within the approved marking field.

The compact modular arrangement supports installation beside a conveyor, while the illustrated upright stand provides an adjustable mounting arrangement. The integrated 10-inch controller supports text, numbers and graphic file layouts for packaging identification.

Select the model against the actual conveyor speed, package spacing and code content. Send production samples for wavelength, contrast, code position and readability testing before the final configuration is confirmed.

Technical Note. Conveyor speed (m/min) and laser scanning speed (mm/s) describe different functions. Neither is a bottles-per-hour rating. Actual throughput depends on package pitch, code size and complexity, material response, marking field and line synchronization.

Model Comparison

W6000 Laser Coding Machine Models

Compare conveyor speed, scanning speed, total input power and machine net weight.

W6236 vs. W6330
Model Conveyor speed Scanning speed Total input power Machine net weight
W6236 0–50 m/min ≤7,000 mm/s 600 W 18 kg
W6330 0–110 m/min ≤12,000 mm/s 800 W 25 kg
Selection Note. The 600 W and 800 W figures are total machine input power, not laser output. Both model columns share the ≥40 W laser-power specification in the reference sheet. Final coding speed must be validated with your code layout and package samples.

Working Principle

  1. Prepare the Code. Load the approved date, batch, text, barcode or graphic layout and confirm the marking field.
  2. Set the Marking Position. Position the laser head and package; use red-light focusing to establish the approved setup.
  3. Coordinate Line Motion. Confirm package triggering, spacing and speed feedback with the conveyor and line controls.
  4. Apply the Laser Mark. The two-dimensional scanning system directs the laser across the selected code layout.
  5. Verify the Result. Check legibility, position and barcode readability on representative production samples.
