- Parallel preparation The following stages operate in parallel.
Reference flow only. Final process and equipment scope are customized to product, container, formula, capacity, and local requirements.
After water treatment and empty-glass-bottle feeding, the XGX monoblock rinses bottles, fills still water and applies caps. Sealed bottles move to drying, coding, labeling and packing.
- Bottle Infeed: Approved glass bottles and neck finish; matched conveyor guides.
- Treated Water: Sanitary water supply at the confirmed line flow.
- Caps: Approved cap samples for matched capping tooling.
- Bottle Discharge: Conveyor connection to drying, coding and labeling.
Technical Note. Rated output varies with bottle size and shape, cap, water supply and line balance. Final specifications are confirmed against approved bottle and cap samples.

Equipment Overview
The XGX glass bottle water filling machine combines bottle rinsing, still-water filling and aluminum screw capping in one rotary monoblock. Six configurations are rated from 6,000 to 24,000 BPH, with 18–60 rinsing and filling heads and 6–15 capping heads.
Designed for purified and mineral water in glass bottles. Select the model by target output, bottle size and neck finish. Bottle and aluminum cap samples are checked before finalizing guides, change parts and capping tooling.
Working Principle
- Glass bottles enter the rotary rinser.
- Rinsed bottles transfer to the still-water filling section.
- Caps are applied, and sealed bottles exit to downstream equipment.
