Position in the Production Line
The current process is highlighted. Actual line configuration is customized to your product, container, output and site conditions.
- Parallel preparation The following stages operate in parallel.
Reference flow only. Final process and equipment scope are customized to product, container, formula, capacity, and local requirements.
Installed after water treatment and bottle blowing, the XGF monoblock receives empty PET bottles through an air conveyor, completes rinsing, atmospheric gravity filling and screw capping, then transfers sealed bottles to downstream drying, coding, labeling and packing equipment.
- Bottle Infeed: Neck-handling air conveyor from bottle blower or bottle supply system
- Bottle Discharge: Capped-bottle conveyor to dryer, coding, labeling and packing equipment
- Product Supply: Stable treated-water supply at the pressure and flow confirmed for the selected model
- Line Controls: Speed synchronization, safety interlocks and upstream/downstream signal exchange

Equipment Overview
The XGF Series PET Bottle Water Filling Machine combines bottle rinsing, atmospheric gravity filling and screw capping in one enclosed rotary monoblock. Neck-handling transfer keeps PET bottles stable throughout the process and minimizes contact with the bottle body.
Designed for purified water, mineral water, spring water and other non-carbonated water beverages, the series offers standard outputs from 8,000 to 40,000 BPH and can be integrated with water treatment, bottle blowing, conveying, drying, coding, labeling, packing and palletizing equipment.
Engineering Highlights
Practical design details that affect operation, changeover, hygiene and maintenance.
3-in-1 Monoblock
Rinse · Fill · CapRinsing, atmospheric gravity filling and screw capping are integrated in one enclosed rotary machine for compact line connection.
Stable Neck Handling
200–2,000 mL PETPET bottles are transferred by the neck to improve stability, reduce bottle-body contact and support efficient format changeover.
Scalable XGF Series
8,000–40,000 BPHEight standard configurations cover different production requirements while retaining a consistent operating concept.
Complete-Line Integration
Line-Ready InterfacesOperating speed, air conveyor, bottle discharge, utilities and control signals are matched with upstream and downstream equipment.
Working Principle
- Empty PET bottles enter through the air conveyor and are transferred by the neck.
- Bottles are inverted and internally rinsed with treated water.
- The rinsed bottles enter the filling section for atmospheric gravity filling.
- Caps are sorted, delivered and applied with controlled capping torque.
- Filled and capped bottles are discharged to the downstream conveyor.
The PLC and HMI synchronize bottle transfer, filling, cap feeding and line-speed signals, with no-bottle/no-fill protection, alarms and safety interlocks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about selection, integration and project planning.
What products can this PET bottle filling machine handle?+
It is designed for purified water, mineral water, spring water and other non-carbonated water beverages in PET bottles. Carbonated drinks, juice and hot-fill products require a different filling process and machine configuration.
How is the rated production capacity calculated?+
The stated output is based on a 500 mL round PET bottle under standard operating conditions. Actual capacity varies with bottle volume and shape, neck finish, cap specification, water supply stability and complete-line efficiency.
Can one machine handle different PET bottle sizes?+
Yes. The standard page range is 200–2,000 mL. Suitable change parts can be supplied for multiple bottle profiles, volumes, neck finishes and caps after the drawings or physical samples are approved.
Can the filler connect with an existing bottling line?+
Yes. The air-conveyor infeed, bottle-conveyor discharge, machine height, operating speed, utilities and control signals are engineered after the existing upstream and downstream equipment is reviewed.
How is the machine tested before shipment?+
The machine is inspected and trial-run before delivery. Testing covers bottle transfer, rinsing, filling, capping, sensors, alarms, safety interlocks and continuous operation using approved bottle and cap samples whenever available.
