Working Principle
Bottles enter on the conveyor and are guided into the star-wheel turntable. The star wheel positions each bottle through the labeling area so that the label is applied at the required circumferential position.
The servo-driven labeling unit feeds the label at the synchronized speed. After application, bottles leave the star wheel and transfer to the downstream conveyor with controlled spacing.
