Equipment Overview
The GN-A800-25 automatic one-piece color film wrapping machine is designed for high-speed beverage production lines and can be integrated with filling lines rated up to 60,000 bottles per hour. Its rated packaging output is 25–35 packs per minute, subject to the bottle and pack pattern.
A dedicated film-feeding and cutting unit controls film length, while printed-film registration supports accurate positioning of color film graphics. The modular machine layout accommodates multiple bottle shapes and packaging formats.
PLC automatic control coordinates product infeed, wrapping, heat shrinking and cooling. The standard machine handles packs up to 410 × 320 × 350 mm with PE film; project-specific configurations can be engineered for confirmed samples and line conditions.

GN-A800-25 Technical Data
Key specifications for the automatic one-piece color film wrapping machine. Final output and pack pattern are confirmed against actual containers and film samples.
| Model | Packaging Method | Applicable Containers | Pack Format | Maximum Speed | Packaging Material |

Note. The 25–35 packs/min rating depends on container stability, pack pattern, film properties, infeed conditions and shrink-tunnel settings.
Working Principle
Products enter on the conveyor and are grouped into the required pack pattern. The film-feeding and cutting system measures the required film length, aligns the printed mark and wraps the film around the grouped products.
The wrapped pack passes through the heat-shrink tunnel so the PE film contracts around the product group. Cooling fans stabilize the finished pack before it transfers to the downstream conveyor.

Line Integration
Line Integration
Equipment role and interfaces for this reference application.
In a PET water bottling line, the machine receives labeled bottles after coding and labeling, forms multipacks with printed PE film, shrinks and cools the packs, and transfers them to downstream palletizing. Pack pattern, bottle stability and conveyor synchronization should be confirmed during line engineering.
- Upstream interface: Receive labeled bottles or cans with stable spacing; coordinate conveyor speed and product accumulation with the wrapping infeed.
- Pack format: Confirm bottle or can dimensions, pack pattern, maximum 410 × 320 × 350 mm pack size and printed-film artwork before production.
- Utilities: Provide 3-phase 380 V / 50 Hz electrical supply and compressed air at ≥0.8 MPa.
- Downstream interface: Match the cooled-pack discharge height and speed to the palletizing or finished-pack conveyor.
Standard and Optional Configuration

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about selection, integration and project planning.
What products can this color film wrapping machine handle?
It is designed for beverage bottles and cans in grouped multipacks. Container dimensions, stability and pack pattern must be confirmed with actual samples; the standard maximum pack size is 410 × 320 × 350 mm.
What is the rated packaging speed?
The catalogue rating is 25–35 packs per minute. Final output depends on the number of containers per pack, product stability, film properties, infeed conditions and shrink-tunnel settings.
Can it register printed color film accurately?
Yes. A dedicated printed-film registration system aligns the film mark, while the film-feeding and cutting unit controls the required film length. Artwork and film samples should be approved before production.
Where does this machine fit in a PET water bottling line?
It is installed after coding and labeling and before palletizing. The machine groups bottles, wraps them with PE film, heat-shrinks the pack and cools it for downstream handling.
