Juice Turnkey Solution
Turnkey Juice Bottling Lines
Select your juice bottling process around the recipe, packaging and finished-product requirements before selecting machines. 777Pack coordinates product preparation, container preparation, filling and downstream packaging through China manufacturing and project support.

Juice filling application. Equipment selection follows the confirmed product and container requirements.
Plan before selecting machines
Four decisions shape your juice line
Start with the product and sales format, then define the complete production scope.
Is hot filling suitable for my juice?
Share the recipe, product characteristics and target shelf life for process review. The PET hot-fill flow below is one application, rather than a standard for every juice.
Can the equipment handle my product?
Provide the actual product specification, including any pulp or other particles. Product handling and filling suitability need confirmation before the equipment scope is finalized.
Are my bottle and cap suitable?
Review the bottle, preform, neck finish and closure against the selected filling process and packaging supplier’s specifications.
How will I change products or formats?
List planned recipes, bottle sizes and production batches. The proposal should address cleaning requirements, product changeovers and container change parts.
Production flow
Example Process: PET Juice Hot Filling
Product preparation and bottle blowing run in parallel before hot filling. Other recipes, containers or preservation processes require a separately reviewed production flow.
Water Treatment
Prepare process water to the agreed requirements.
Product Prep
Prepare juice according to the approved recipe and process.
Bottle Blowing
Prepare compatible PET bottles.
Filling
Fill and close bottles under approved hot-fill conditions.
Bottle Tilting
Include as required by the validated hot-fill process.
If requiredCooling
Cool filled bottles under the agreed process conditions.
Drying
Remove surface moisture before downstream operations.
Coding
Apply the agreed date and batch information.
Labeling
Apply the labels selected for your bottle.
Packing
Group bottles in the agreed pack format.
Palletizing
Stack finished packs where included.
Equipment and process stages are selected for the agreed product, container and output. Optional treatment, inspection, cleaning and material-handling requirements are confirmed during project review.
Explore equipment by function
Connect the equipment around your project
Review the relevant equipment categories. The final configuration defines the selected machines, interfaces and format requirements.
Product Preparation
Review formulation, supply and preparation interfaces.

PET Juice Hot Filling · RXGF
For an approved PET hot-fill juice process, review rinsing, hot filling, screw capping and product-supply interfaces.
Linear OPP Labeling · CY-ZR15
For round bottles with roll-fed labels, review the linear layout and match bottle dimensions and required output.
Rotary OPP Labeling · CY-XR
Compare rotary roll-fed labeling when your round-bottle format and production speed require a different configuration. Confirm the bottle is ready for labeling after cooling and drying.
Factory layout & project specification
Turn your requirements into a practical factory plan
Share your building drawing and production requirements. The proposal should connect equipment placement with material flow, working space, utilities and acceptance conditions.

Buyer questions
Juice Line FAQ
Does this flow apply to all juice products?
No. It illustrates a PET hot-fill application. Other recipes, containers or preservation processes may require different equipment and a different validated production flow.
Can you quote from bottle size and capacity alone?
These are starting inputs. Product specifications, filling process, preparation requirements, packaging and factory conditions are also needed to define a useful equipment proposal.
What needs to be confirmed before ordering?
Confirm product and container suitability, equipment interfaces, cleaning arrangements, utilities, delivery responsibilities and the agreed testing and acceptance conditions.
