Equipment Overview
The LGD series produces large PET water bottles from preforms. Five models cover maximum container volumes of 10, 15 and 20 L, including 15 L water bottles and 18.9 L PET containers.
Confirm preform weight, neck finish, bottle dimensions and required output before selecting the mold and machine. The supplied specification lists theoretical output; production trials establish practical output.

Note. Theoretical output from the supplied datasheet. Actual output depends on preform, bottle design, mold, heating settings and utility conditions.
Working Principle
Preforms are fed into the heating section, heated for molding, transferred into the mold, stretched and blown with high-pressure air. Mold cooling sets the bottle shape before discharge.
Line Integration
Line Integration
Equipment role and interfaces for this reference application.
Forms empty 5–20 L PET bottles from preforms. In the selected water-line layout, bottles proceed to labeling before filling.
Interfaces are confirmed against the approved upstream and downstream equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about selection, integration and project planning.
Can this machine make 15 L and 18.9 L PET water bottles?
The 15 L models support containers up to 15 L. For an 18.9 L PET bottle, evaluate LGD-1-20L against the neck diameter, bottle height, diameter and preform. This is PET blow molding; it does not establish compatibility with polycarbonate returnable jars.
Is the listed output guaranteed for every bottle size?
No. The datasheet gives theoretical output. Practical output depends on bottle size, preform weight, heating, mold cooling and air supply. Confirm the target bottle and acceptance conditions before ordering.
What should I provide for model and mold selection?
Send the bottle drawing or sample, required volume, neck finish, preform weight, target hourly output and available power, compressed air and cooling water. We use these to check the machine, mold and downstream interface.
